My, OH MY, OH MYOPIC.

On the latest Dior haute couture collection by designer Raf Simons shown in Paris earlier this week, New York Times fashion critic Cathy Horyn wrote this on her blog, On the Runway: ‘No one in recent years has really questioned couture’s roots and raison d’être, except Mr. Simons.’ I wonder what Horyn thinks Jean Paul Gaultier, Martin Margiela, Michèle Meunier and Olivier Chatenet of E2 and Tara Subkoff of Imitation of Christ have been up to over the years with their reworking of the craft?
