At the behest of Simon, Nick, John and Roger aka Duran Duran (how camp is that?), I was delighted to be invited to spend my Saturday night at No1 Lombard Street celebrating Yasmin Le Bon’s ‘50 fabulously fashionable years on Planet Earth’. Surrounded by my favourite fashion folk including the designer/style icon Antony Price (whom I felt compelled to kneel at the feet of), milliner Philip Treacy and his partner Stefan Bartlett, model Cecilia Chancellor, PR supremo Nancy Oakley (looking magnificent in a scarlet Martin Margiela gown) and best pal, Models1’s Gregory Davis, the evening was a blur of fancy cocktails (frocks and espresso martinis) and wild (boy) dancing to glorious 80s mega mix tunes. Yasmin, of course, looked sensational – an ‘immaculate dream made breath and skin.’
These images are out-takes from a fashion shoot I styled with Yasmin called Wild Girl. HOPE to be collaborating again soon…
